Teemore calf cubicles are made from 48mm tube, providing the durability required in a cost-effective way. The spacing between the top and bottom cubicle bar is 500mm, which should be sufficient in prevent the calves from jumping through the cubicles. Cubicles are manufactured to suit your bed lengths making them completely customisable. Ae fitted on a post and rail system. There is no better time to train young heifers to lie in cubicles, than when they have been weaned as it will be engraved as normal behaviour from then on. Not only does this ensure that they are all sufficiently trained for a cubicle house, but is also a very cost-effective method, by reducing bedding.

What length are these cubicles?
Cubicle lengths are made to suit the length of your cow bed. It is important that to know this before purchasing any cubicles as it will have a dramatic effect of the comfort of your cubicles. Cubicles lengths must be no more than 2.36m long (based on avg. Friesian cow) and no more than 1.15m wide.
What height are these cubicles?
The cubicle loop itself is 500mm standard, we recommend fixing the loop 250mm above the cubicle bed to ensure the correct lying position and lunging space for your cow
What length should the bed be?
The length of your cow bed all depends on the breed of cow you stock. However, based on an average Friesian cow, cubicle length must be no more than 2.36m.
Are they in stock?
Teemore manufacture these are per request. A deposit will be required when ordering.
