Mr Goodwin was farming 150 Holstein cows, growing cereals and finishing beef cattle on his Worchester farm, with the decision to increase his diary herd created the need to develop a new dairy unit to facilitate his now 280 Holstein cow herd.
Tom had previously dealt with Teemore Engineering some years previously purchasing Jourdain headlocking barriers, being very impressed with the service and product quality he was keen to speak to Teemore about the new project. This entailed 2 buildings, one for cow housing and feeding with the other for milking, handling segregation and calving.
